How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When a new friend makes their first purchase using your link, they’ll get a discount to use at Secure Checkout, and you’ll earn a reward!

Log in to your account, go to the Referrals section, and your unique link will be ready to copy and share.

How do I refer a friend?

Just share your unique referral link with friends and family. When they click on it, they’ll enter their email address to get their discount, then apply it at Secure Checkout on their first order.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No limits at all! Refer as many people as you like and earn a reward for every successful referral.

How does my friend get their discount?

When your friend clicks on your referral link, they’ll receive a discount code to enter at Secure Checkout on their first order, so they don’t need to do anything extra.

Can I refer someone who is already a customer?

No. Referral rewards are for new customers who have not placed an order with us before.

My friend forgot to use my link—can they still get the discount?

The discount must be claimed through your referral link and applied at Secure Checkout; it cannot be added after an order has already been placed.

Can I use my own referral link?

No. Referral links are for new customers only and cannot be applied to your own account.

How will I know when my referral is successful?

You'll receive an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your link.

When will I receive my referral reward?

Your reward will be issued once your friend’s first order is complete. Please note that it may be voided if their order is later returned or canceled.

How do I track my referrals?

Enter your name and email above, then click “My Stats.” From there, you can send yourself an email containing your stats.

What if my referral link isn't working?

Try copying the link directly from your referrals page, and if the issue persists, contact our support team and we’ll help you resolve it.

Why wasn't my referral rewarded?

A few things can make a referral ineligible:

  • The friend had already placed an order with us before,
  • The order did not meet the program rules (such as a minimum spend or excluded products),
  • Or it was flagged by our automatic fraud detection system.

If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact support and we’ll look into it.

Do my friend's discount or my reward expire?

Referral discount codes and rewards may have an expiration date depending on the program, so it’s best to use them before they expire.
